RB Leipzig manager Ralf Rangnick has stated his uncertainty as regards signing Everton winger Ademola Lookman.
The Anglo-Nigerian impressed during his loan switch to the Red Bull Arena in January, scoring five goals and providing three assists in 11 appearances.
The Bulls made efforts to secure the signature of the 21-year-old Lookman permanently in the summer but the attempts were rebuffed as Marco Silva claimed the forward remains in his plan.
Although he struggled to break into the first-team on his return to the Goodison Park with rumour making the rounds that he could leave the Premier League side in the January transfer window.
However, recently, Lookman has enjoyed action featuring in the Toffees’ last seven league games and his former side are unsure of getting him to sign.
“It’s very unlikely that Everton will give him away,” Rangnick told Leipziger Volkszeitung about Lookman.
Everton square up with Watford on Monday night and Lookman will hope to get more playing time under his belt in the encounter.
